COV Workflow

Data Location on the msi server: /media/gqc/T7/cctv/COV. Note that the COV folder on T7 only contains the sqlite database for COV. The sqlite database does not comply with the gqc gold standard for CCTV CV sqlite databases. We do not have the Videos for the COV utility and as a result, a lot of the columns were filled in manually.
